TRAINING RULES
Be Humble, Courteous, and Honorable.
1. Members will at all times conduct themselves with courtesy, both inside and outside of the Dojo.
2. Address all Black Belts as Sensei and all Senior Color Belts as Sempai. Higher belts will aid lower belts; lower belts will follow instructions of higher belts.
3. Members will not criticize one other.
4. Members will bow upon entering and leaving Dojo.
Study and practice only in earnestness.
5. No alcohol, drugs, candy or smoking will be permitted in the Dojo
6. No loud talking, laughing or profanity is permitted, as the Dojo is a place of serious study.
7. Shoes/ footwear are not allowed on the Dojo floor. Jewelry must be removed.
Regulate our practice to our physical condition.
8. Do not train while taking medications of any kind, especially antihistames, without first telling the Sensei.
9. All injuries are to be reported prior to class. Red tape must indicate location of injury. This is to prevent further injury.
10. Each member acknowledges full responsibility for his or her own safety and conduct.
11. Personal cleanliness is essential: nails must be clipped, feet must be clean and hair must not interfere with training.
Be untiring and unceasing in our endeavors in spite of all obstacles.
12. No member will provoke violence nor allow himself or herself to be provoked under pain of expulsion for life.
13. Under no circumstances will a member teach any form of Karate to a non member
14. At the discretion of the Dojo, a student may be temporarily or permanently suspended for failing to comply with these rules.
